As a Senior Business Analyst, you will work closely with our leadership, operations, product, and technology teams to analyze how the business operates, identify opportunities for improvement, and lead initiatives that make our processes more efficient and scalable.

You will have direct exposure to Sales, Customer Service, Warehouse, Movers, Accounting, and Technology, using data, process analysis, automation, and strategic thinking to improve business performance.

THE ROLE

This is not a traditional slide-deck Business Analyst role. You will be deeply involved in the day-to-day operations of the business.

You will be expected to identify problems, analyze data, understand root causes, design solutions, implement improvements, and measure their impact.

As a Senior Business Analyst, you will also take ownership of larger projects, work directly with department heads and leadership, and help drive cross-functional initiatives from concept through implementation.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

Process Optimization:

• Analyze, map, and audit operational workflows across Sales, Customer Service, Warehouse, Movers, and Accounting.
• Identify bottlenecks, inefficiencies, redundancies, and failure points.
• Design and implement improved processes that increase efficiency and reduce costs.
• Lead process improvement initiatives from identification through implementation and measurement.

Data Analysis & Business Intelligence:

• Analyze business data to identify trends, opportunities, and operational issues.
• Develop and maintain dashboards and reports covering key metrics such as conversion rates, occupancy by facility and CBM, collections performance, and service delivery times.
• Translate complex data into clear, actionable recommendations for leadership.
• Establish performance measurement frameworks and monitor the impact of implemented solutions.

Cross-Functional Leadership:

• Work directly with department heads and senior management to understand business challenges and define requirements.
• Translate operational requirements into clear system and technical specifications.
• Lead cross-functional projects and ensure alignment between business, operations, product, and technology teams.
• Follow up on implementation and ensure solutions are successfully adopted.

Automation & AI:

• Identify opportunities to automate manual and repetitive processes.
• Design and document automation workflows using tools such as n8n, Zapier, Make, or similar platforms.
• Collaborate closely with the AI and technology teams to implement intelligent automation solutions.
• Identify opportunities where AI, machine learning, or LLMs can improve business processes and decision-making.

Strategic Analysis:

• Conduct research and analysis to support business and operational decisions.
• Evaluate new initiatives, systems, and processes from a business and financial perspective.
• Develop business cases, recommendations, and feasibility analyses.
• Identify opportunities for cost reduction, revenue growth, and operational efficiency.

Documentation & Governance:

• Create and maintain clear documentation of business processes, requirements, workflows, and SOPs.
• Establish standards for process documentation and business analysis across departments.
• Ensure documentation remains accurate and actively used by teams.

Leadership & Reporting:

• Present findings, recommendations, and project updates to senior leadership.
• Provide concise, decision-ready reports and insights.
• Mentor or support junior Business Analysts where applicable.

WHAT YOU'LL NEED

• 4+ years of experience in business analysis, operations analytics, process improvement, or a related field.
• Strong experience in data analysis, business intelligence, and process optimization.
• Advanced proficiency with data analysis and visualization tools such as Excel, Power BI, Tableau, or equivalent.
• Strong experience with process mapping, workflow analysis, and business requirements documentation.
• Experience with workflow automation platforms such as n8n, Zapier, Make, or equivalent.
• Strong understanding of KPIs, performance measurement, and operational analytics.
• Ability to independently take a business problem from identification → analysis → solution design → implementation → measurement.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills in English.
• Ability to work effectively with senior management and cross-functional teams.
• Strong analytical, strategic thinking, and problem-solving skills.

NICE TO HAVE

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, Industrial Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field.
• Experience in storage, logistics, supply chain, warehousing, real estate, or another operationally complex industry.
• Experience with CRM, ERP, Jira, or other business management platforms.
• Understanding of AI/ML, LLMs, and AI-powered automation.
• Experience leading large-scale process improvement or digital transformation projects.
