800 Storage is a fast-growing premium self-storage company operating 9 facilities across Dubai. We serve both individuals and businesses, combining physical storage space with technology-driven operations, AI-powered sales automation, and a customer-first approach to space management.

We’re looking for a Performance / Growth Marketer to scale acquisition, improve lead quality, and drive measurable growth across Google and Meta with strong tracking and reporting.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan, launch, and optimize paid campaigns across Google Ads and Meta (Facebook/Instagram) and LinkedIn / X
• Build and improve Click-to-WhatsApp campaigns and WhatsApp-first conversion flows.
  Scale budgets responsibly while protecting lead quality and lowering CPQL.
• Implement and maintain tracking via GA4, GTM, pixels, UTMs, and Meta Conversion API (CAPI).
• Analyze funnel performance and continuously improve conversion rates across ads and landing pages.
• Run structured A/B tests on creatives, audiences, offers, and funnel steps.
  Track and report key KPIs booking call/appointment rate.
• Collaborate with sales and creative teams to align targeting, messaging, and qualification criteria.
• Monitor competitors and market trends to identify new growth opportunities.
   

• 2+ years of experience in Performance Marketing or Growth Marketing.
• Strong hands-on experience with Google Ads and Meta Ads.
  Solid understanding of lead-gen funnels, tracking, attribution, and analytics.
  Experience with Meta CAPI (click-to-whatsapp ID), GA4, Google Tag Manager, and CRM tools.
• Comfortable working with WhatsApp-driven lead journeys and lead quality optimization.
• Strong analytical skills with clear communication and reporting habits.
• Experience with automation tools (n8n, respond.io) is a plus.

• Experience in real estate or lead-generation businesses.
• Knowledge of CRO and landing page optimization.
• Experience with email/SMS/WhatsApp automation and nurturing.
