We are seeking a skilled and motivated Relocation Team Supervisor to join our team in Dubai. In this role, you will oversee and manage relocation projects, ensuring a smooth and efficient experience for our clients while leading a team to deliver exceptional service.

What you'll do:

• Supervise and coordinate all aspects of the relocation process, from planning to execution.
• Lead and motivate the relocation team to ensure tasks are completed efficiently and professionally.
• Conduct site visits to assess client needs and create tailored relocation plans.
• Ensure all operations adhere to company policies, timelines, and quality standards.
• Communicate with clients to provide updates, address concerns, and ensure satisfaction throughout the relocation process.
• Oversee inventory management, transportation logistics, and timely delivery of goods.
• Identify and resolve issues proactively to maintain smooth workflows.
• Provide regular performance reports to management and suggest improvements for team operations.

• Proven experience in logistics, relocation, or a related field.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Exceptional communication and problem-solving skills.
• Familiarity with inventory management systems and logistics software is a plus.
• Ability to adapt to a fast-paced environment and work under pressure.
• A valid UAE driving license is preferred.
