Senior Brand & Growth Manager
Remote
Full Time
Senior Manager/SupervisorWe're rebranding, launching an app, and going nationwide. We need a Senior Brand & Growth Manager who has done this before — and can prove it.
If you've led a real rebrand, shipped a consumer product launch end-to-end, and built a brand people in your market actually recognize — keep reading. If your idea of senior brand work is approving social posts, this isn't the role.

ABOUT 800 STORAGE
──────────────────────────────────────
We're Dubai's fastest-growing premium self-storage company — 9 facilities, thousands of customers, and the boldest plan in the category. We're rolling out a major rebrand, launching our first app-based storage service, and becoming the household name for storage in the UAE.
We don't want a marketing manager who needs to be told what to do. We want a senior operator who will own how this brand looks, sounds, and grows — and have the experience to back every call.
──────────────────────────────────────
WHAT YOU'LL ACTUALLY DO
──────────────────────────────────────
- Lead our rebrand end-to-end — positioning, identity, voice, messaging, and rollout across every customer touchpoint. You set the direction; agencies and designers execute against your brief.
- Own the brand and go-to-market launch of our new app-based storage service — naming, narrative, GTM strategy, and consumer marketing across paid, owned, and earned.
- Build 800 Storage into the most recognizable storage brand in the UAE — then build the playbook to take it nationwide.
- Define and defend brand positioning at the leadership table — what we stand for, who we're for, and how we win against every other storage company.
- Run integrated campaigns across digital, social, content, partnerships, influencer, and PR — with sharp prioritization of what actually moves the business.
- Own growth channels end-to-end: paid social, search, influencer, referral, lifecycle — budget, targets, performance, and trade-offs.
- Brief and manage external agencies, freelancers, and in-house creators. You set the bar for taste and quality, and hold people to it.
- Build the marketing function: hire, mentor, and grow a small team as we scale.
- Report directly to leadership on brand awareness, app installs, CAC, LTV, conversion, and retention — and the story behind the numbers.

YOU'LL THRIVE HERE IF YOU HAVE
──────────────────────────────────────
- 5–8 years in brand, marketing, or growth roles, with clear seniority and ownership in your most recent role
- A rebrand, major product launch, or category-building project you led (not just supported) — and can walk us through end-to-end
- A portfolio of work that proves taste, judgment, and commercial impact — not just deliverables
- Proven experience scaling a consumer brand or app-based service in a competitive market
- Deep hands-on fluency across: Meta/Google Ads, GA4 or similar analytics, CRM/lifecycle tools, SEO, and content
- The strategic confidence to push back on the CEO when you're right — and the humility to change your mind when you're wrong
- Experience managing agencies, freelancers, or a small in-house team
- Excellent written English — Arabic is a major plus given our market

THIS ROLE IS PROBABLY NOT FOR YOU IF
──────────────────────────────────────
- You've been a "Senior Marketing Manager" for 5 years but haven't actually led a rebrand or product launch
- Brand to you means logos and color palettes — not story, positioning, and category leadership
- You need a senior leader above you to set strategy
- You think brand and growth live in separate teams with separate goals
- You're looking for a stable, slow-paced corporate role
──────────────────────────────────────
WHAT YOU'LL GET
──────────────────────────────────────
- Real ownership of the brand and budget — you decide, you're accountable
- A direct line to leadership and the chance to build a team under you
- The opportunity to shape a fast-scaling company at its most defining moment
- Career growth tied to impact, not tenure
- Competitive salary + full remote flexibility
