Overview:

We are looking for a Moving Team Supervisor who is organized, reliable, and speaks good English. The ideal candidate must have previous experience working in a moving company and should be able to manage a team and communicate well with clients.

Main Responsibilities:

• Lead and supervise the moving team during packing, loading, transporting, and unloading.

• Make sure furniture and personal items are handled properly and safely.

• Be the main contact for the customer during the move.

• Ensure jobs are done on time and meet company standards.

• Plan routes, schedules, and assign team members to jobs.

• Keep track of packing materials and moving tools.

• Train new team members to ensure safety and quality service.

• Prepare simple job reports and note any issues or delays.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in a supervisory role within the moving, logistics, or transportation industry.

• Must have experience working with a moving company.

• Good level of spoken and written English.

• Educated and professional in appearance and communication.

• Well-organized, responsible, and able to lead a team.

• Friendly and customer-focused.

• Basic knowledge of lifting, packing, and moving furniture.

• UAE driving license is a plus.
