We are seeking a Pool Maintenance Supervisor responsible for ensuring the cleanliness, safety, and proper functioning of all pools across the property.

Responsibilities:

• Pool Maintenance: Supervise and participate in the cleaning, chemical balancing, and general upkeep of all indoor and outdoor pools on the property.

• Safety Compliance: Ensure all pool areas comply with health and safety regulations. Conduct regular inspections, maintain safety equipment, and implement procedures to minimize risks for guests and staff.

• Water Quality Management: Monitor and maintain proper water chemistry (pH, chlorine, alkalinity, etc.). Conduct regular testing and adjustments to ensure a safe and pleasant swimming environment.

• Equipment Maintenance: Inspect, maintain, and coordinate repairs or replacement of pool equipment, including pumps, filters, heaters, and automation systems. Liaise with in-house technicians or external contractors when necessary.

• Record Keeping: Maintain accurate logs of maintenance activities, water test results, inspections, and repairs. Use records to anticipate maintenance needs and improve operations.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent; certification in pool maintenance or a related field is preferred.

• Proven experience in pool maintenance, including strong knowledge of water chemistry and pool equipment.

• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.

• High attention to detail and a strong commitment to cleanliness and safety standards.

• Physically capable of performing manual tasks (lifting, bending, standing, or walking for extended periods).

• A valid driver’s license is a plus.

• Additional skills in electrical or carpentry work are a plus.
